According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, DOYEN INTL HOLD (00668) has proposed a plan to privatize the company by way of a scheme of arrangement under Section 673 of the Companies Ordinance. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange, which has approved the application. The listing status of the shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange will be withdrawn starting from 4:00 PM on March 5, 2025, but this will only take effect after the plan becomes effective on March 3, 2025
