# OCEAN'S KING plans to launch the third phase of its employee stock ownership plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCEAN'S KING (002724.SZ) has released the draft for the third phase of its employee stock ownership plan. The shares for this employee stock ownership plan will come from the company's repurchase special securities account, totaling no more than 5.9324 million shares, which accounts for approximately 0.77% of the company's total equity on the announcement date of the employee stock ownership plan draft. The purchase price for the target shares in the stock ownership plan is 2.52 yuan per share.

The duration of the stock ownership plan is 24 months. The lock-up period for the target shares obtained through this employee stock ownership plan is 12 months, calculated from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the last transfer of the target shares to the employee stock ownership plan. The employee stock ownership plan will be unlocked in one go after the lock-up period expires
