According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bingo Software (688227.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Guangzhou Jingde Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guangzhou Jingde"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company through block trading and centralized bidding, with the expected number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 3.3917 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the total shares of the company
