# The new electronic-grade ultra-pure water product developed by a subsidiary of TITAN SCIENTIFIC has successfully passed internal testing

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TITAN SCIENTIFIC (688133.SH) announced that its subsidiary Anhui Tiandi High Purity Solvent Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the subsidiary") has successfully developed and produced electronic-grade ultra-pure water in recent internal tests.

The electronic-grade ultra-pure water successfully developed and produced by the subsidiary is based on the mature production process of high-purity solvents, upgraded and transformed through four major steps: pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra-purification treatment, and post-treatment. Utilizing various treatment methods such as multi-stage filtration, high-performance ion exchange units, ultrafiltration filters, ultraviolet lamps, and TOC removal devices, it meets the highest level EW-I requirements in the national standard GB/T11446.1-2013, and also complies with the SEMI international standard G4 level. This production process ensures the purity of ultra-pure water, meeting the high water quality requirements of the electronics industry. Electronic-grade ultra-pure water is generally used for cleaning and formulation in the electronics industry, including but not limited to applications in semiconductor manufacturing, LCD production, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, and other electronic component production. Electronic-grade ultra-pure water not only enriches the subsidiary's electronic chemical product line and enhances the company's profitability but also provides strong support for the innovative development and efficiency improvement of the semiconductor industry
