# Omat's net profit for the year 2024 is 27.5004 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 44.27%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Omat (688530.SH) disclosed its performance report for the year 2024. The company achieved an operating income of 437 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.29%; a total profit of 27.8162 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 48.54%; and a net profit attributable to the parent company's owners of 27.5004 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 44.27%. The basic earnings per share were 0.19 yuan.

The announcement indicated that the decline in net profit during this period was mainly due to a decrease in sales of products and waste materials; at the same time, the company experienced an increase in incidental expenses such as listing intermediary fees and hospitality expenses this year; the fundraising project "High-end Sputtering Target Production Base Project (Phase I)" began production, and the construction of the "High-purity Oxygen-free Copper Production Base Project" accelerated, leading to increased operational costs such as asset depreciation and personnel expenses
