SNAT announced that its shareholder, the Electromechanical Group, has notified that Yufu Holdings will increase its capital by 5 billion yuan to the Electromechanical Group through a private agreement. At the same time, the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will transfer its 35.42% equity in the Electromechanical Group to Yufu Holdings free of charge. Upon completion, Yufu Holdings will indirectly hold 12.67% of SNAT's shares, and the company's controlling shareholder will still be SAIC Motor Corporation Limited.
