# KBC plans to raise no more than 100 million yuan through a private placement to Jinbo Group to supplement its liquidity

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KBC (688598.SH) disclosed the plan for issuing A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The company intends to issue shares to Hunan KBC High-tech Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "KBC Group"), which is controlled by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Liao Jiqiao. The number of shares to be issued will not exceed 5.36193 million shares (including this number), with an issue price of 18.65 yuan per share.

In addition, the total amount of funds raised from this issuance of shares to specific targets will not exceed 100 million yuan (including this number), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting relevant issuance expenses is intended to be used entirely to supplement working capital
