# ROYAL CEN RES has been renamed to "China New Holdings Limited"

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ROYAL CEN RES announced that after the special resolution regarding the change of company name, the Director of the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of change of name on February 17, 2025, confirming that the company's name has been changed from "Royal Century Resources Holdings Limited 仁德资源控股有限公司" to "China New Holdings Limited 中新控股有限公司"

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, ROYAL CEN RES (08125) stated that after the special resolution regarding the change of company name, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of change of name on February 17, 2025, confirming that the company's name has been changed from "Royal Century Resources Holdings Limited 仁德资源控股有限公司" to "China New Holdings Limited 中新控股有限公司"
