On February 26, the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission issued the "Key Points for Health and Health Work in Shanghai in 2025," covering a total of 37 items in seven areas, including promoting the quality improvement of the health service system, advancing health technology innovation, and digital transformation. This includes promoting the development of medical artificial intelligence and advancing the implementation of a number of new scenarios and models as planned. It also aims to improve the fertility support policy system and work with relevant departments to research, formulate, and implement a fertility subsidy system. In terms of promoting health technology innovation and digital transformation, the "Key Points" focus on original innovation and key core technologies, strengthening major scientific tasks and breakthroughs, and striving to make Shanghai a source of health technology innovation. It promotes digital empowerment for industry development, advances the development of medical artificial intelligence, and implements a number of new scenarios and models as planned. It aims to build a clinical diagnosis and treatment decision support knowledge base and establish a corpus for clinical medicine, public health, traditional Chinese medicine, and health management.
