On February 27th, Jinshi Data reported that SG announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, Fujian Big Data Group Co., Ltd., intends to inject 51% of the equity held by Fujian Big Data Industry Investment Co., Ltd. in Fujian Shuchan Ming Shang Technology Co., Ltd. into SG, and the company plans to acquire this portion of equity in cash
