# Lontium announced its 2024 performance, with a net profit of 144 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.62%, and plans to distribute 7 yuan for every 10 shares and issue 3 additional shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Lontium (688486.SH) released its 2024 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 466 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.21%; the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners was 144 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.62%; the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 111 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.80%; basic earnings per share were 1.42 yuan/share.

The profit distribution plan for the company in 2024 is as follows: (1) A cash dividend of 7.00 yuan (tax included) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares. (2) The company plans to increase capital reserves by distributing 3 additional shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without issuing bonus shares
