Currently, the topic of energy technology innovation is receiving attention. How to adapt to local conditions through effective measures, promote the integration of energy and technology with precise and differentiated strategies, reasonably enhance the strength of energy technology innovation, and build an efficient integrated energy technology innovation system has become a necessary consideration. Recently, significant progress has been made in China's energy technology innovation. Data shows that by the end of 2024, the single-unit capacity of offshore wind power in China will exceed 18 megawatts, the cost of photovoltaic power generation will further decrease, and high-efficiency perovskite batteries will achieve large-scale application, promoting the popularity of clean energy. Electrochemical energy storage has achieved "lithium-sodium dual development," the cost of energy storage systems continues to decline, and the installed capacity of energy storage has significantly increased, providing important support for the stable operation of the power system. At the same time, third-generation nuclear power technologies such as "Hualong One" and "Guohe One" have achieved commercial operation, and the research and development of fourth-generation nuclear power technology is also progressing steadily. These achievements mark that China's energy technology innovation has entered the ranks of global leaders. The recently implemented "Energy Law of the People's Republic of China" establishes a special chapter that clarifies China's policy support for energy technology innovation, key areas, funding investment, platform construction, engineering demonstration, and other content, providing legal support and guarantees
