NJF announced that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jingfeng Holdings Limited, has made a cash acquisition of all issued shares of GAPACK Limited from the shareholders of the listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As of the date of this announcement, all shares accepted in this offer have been transferred and registered under Jingfeng Holdings, which has acquired 999 million shares of GAPACK, accounting for approximately 70.96% of the total issued shares of GAPACK.
