According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tangshan Port (601000.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Hebei Jiantou Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jiantou Transportation), plans to increase its shareholding in the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding within 12 months from the date of this announcement, with an implementation amount of no less than 25 million yuan and no more than 50 million yuan
