The main business of the target company is investment holding. The property company is a limited company registered in Hong Kong, wholly owned by the target company. The property company engages in property investment and holds the property. The property includes space and advertising locations on the 2nd to 4th floors of 4-8 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The property is held as an investment property and is sold on an as-is basis. The group regularly reviews its investment portfolio to optimize investment returns. After the regular review of its investment portfolio, the group believes that the property only includes the top three floors of the building, and the opportunities for redevelopment to further enhance rental income or significantly increase asset value are limited.
