# CheezhengTTM plans to spend between 90 million and 160 million yuan to repurchase shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CheezhengTTM (002287.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase A-shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total amount for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 90 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 160 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 31.65 per share (inclusive). If calculated based on the upper and lower limits of the total repurchase amount and the upper limit of the repurchase share price, the estimated number of repurchased shares is approximately 2.8436 million to 5.0553 million shares, accounting for about 0.5354% to 0.9519% of the company's current total share capital
