# SITI plans to raise no more than 3.8 billion yuan through a private placement to supplement the company's capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SITI (000563.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than RMB 3.8 billion. After deducting relevant issuance costs, all the raised funds will be used to replenish the company's capital
