# GZYJPCO: Invests 10 million yuan to establish a subsidiary, Kanabis

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZYJPCO (603058.SH) announced that in order to meet the company's needs for investment and trade facilitation, further integrate resources, optimize capital allocation, reduce operating costs, and enhance cross-border investment efficiency, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou GZYJPCO Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GZYJPCO Industrial") recently invested 10 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary Kanabi (Fujian) Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kanabi") in the Fuzhou area of the China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone, to fulfill the company's corresponding foreign investment functions.

To better optimize the management structure and resource allocation of the company's business segments, and according to the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, GZYJPCO Industrial intends to transfer equity between itself and Kanabi. This equity transfer is an intra-group equity transfer among subsidiaries within the scope of the company's consolidation and does not involve changes in the scope of the consolidated financial statements
