According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Der (002631.SZ) announced that the company's second share repurchase, from the first repurchase date of October 15, 2024, to February 28, 2025, has repurchased 23.986 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 3.01% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price was RMB 5.33 per share, the lowest transaction price was RMB 4.41 per share, and the total transaction amount was RMB 111 million
