According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kstopa IntelliE (300836.SZ) disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which aims to raise a total funding limit of 9.021682 million yuan. The total number of employees participating in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 20, including 4 company supervisors and senior management personnel. Shares in the repurchase special securities account will be transferred to this employee stock ownership plan through non-trading transfers and other methods permitted by laws and regulations. The total number of shares for this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 358,715 shares. The purchase price for the company's repurchased shares under the employee stock ownership plan is 25.15 yuan per share. The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 48 months
