According to the announcement from Zhongtong Finance APP, Great River Smarter (002930.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Changzhou Hongchuan Petrochemical Storage Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changzhou Hongchuan") intends to apply for methanol designated delivery warehouse qualification from Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (referred to as "Zhengshang").
