# Surgery Partners Adjusted Net Income Flat, Revenue Increases; 2025 Outlook Issued

Surgery Partners reported Q4 adjusted net income Monday of $0.44 per diluted share, the same as a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $864.4 million, up from $735.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $827.9 million.
