According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinofibers (300777.SZ) announced that its shareholder Changzhou Huatai Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatai Investment") has signed a "Share Transfer Agreement regarding Sinofibers Co., Ltd." with China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sinopec Capital"), intending to transfer a total of 22.393 million unrestricted tradable shares of Sinofibers to Sinopec Capital, with a total transfer price of 652 million yuan
