According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 3rd, HINSANG GROUP (06893) shareholders transferred HKD 47 million worth of shares from Baoqiao Securities to Yuanta Securities Hong Kong, accounting for 22.9%.

According to the interim results released by HINSANG GROUP, for the six months ending September 30, 2024, the group achieved revenue of HKD 46.214 million, a year-on-year decrease of 11.7%; during this period, it incurred a loss of HKD 19.242 million, a year-on-year increase of 83.9%; basic loss per share was HKD 1.73. The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a reduction in product sales from the product development division
