The Ministry of Commerce released an announcement regarding the handling measures for Illumina, Inc. under the unreliable entity list mechanism: According to the relevant provisions of the "Unreliable Entity List Regulations," the unreliable entity list mechanism has decided to include Illumina, Inc. in the unreliable entity list on February 4, 2025. The following measures will be taken against the company: Prohibit it from exporting gene sequencers to China. For matters not covered in this announcement, the "Unreliable Entity List Regulations" will apply. This announcement will take effect from the date of publication
