According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GACO (600523.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter submitted by Ms. Sun Dongyun, the board secretary and financial officer. Ms. Sun Dongyun applied to resign from her positions as board secretary and financial officer due to age reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association, Ms. Sun Dongyun's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors
