# TES plans to sell no more than 1.22% of its shares in the affiliated company ITH

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TES Touch Embedded Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Samoa TES"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of 智展光电 (003019.SZ), plans to sell up to 6 million shares of ITH Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "ITH") through centralized bidding, after-hours pricing transactions, or large transactions, accounting for 1.22% of ITH's current total share capital.

ITH was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on November 26, 2024. After the listing, the shares of ITH held by Samoa TES accounted for 2.03% of its total share capital. As of December 12, 2024, Samoa TES has sold a total of 2.772 million shares of ITH through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.56% of its total share capital
