According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL (300943.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire assets through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The target company for this transaction is Zhejiang Chunhui Instrument Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chunhui Instrument"), and the company intends to acquire control of the target company through the issuance of shares and cash payment.

In addition, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of March 5, 2025 (Wednesday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days
