According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YIFAN MOTOR (301023.SZ) announced that the company's director and shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Mr. Chen Yuanji and Ms. Gong Jianfen, plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding by no more than 556,000 shares (accounting for 1.0000% of the total share capital after deducting the shares repurchased by the company), and through block trading by no more than 1,112,000 shares (accounting for 2.0000% of the total share capital after deducting the shares repurchased by the company)
