According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YIFAN MOTOR (301023.SZ) announced that its shareholder Song Yiqun plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 556,000 shares (accounting for 1% of the total share capital after deducting the company's repurchased shares) through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
