# FPT plans to sell 100% equity of its subsidiary Zhuhai Precision to optimize resource allocation

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FPT (300256.SZ) stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary FPT Touch Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Touch") intends to transfer its 100% equity in FPT Precision Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuhai Precision"), with the transfer price set at 44.78 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Zhuhai Precision. This matter aims to further optimize the company's business layout and resource allocation, promoting the healthy development of the company
