According to the announcement from Sinovatio (002912.SZ), the company received a notice from its shareholders, informing that shareholders Guangdong Hongtu, Nanjing Hongtu, Kunshan Hongtu, and Zhengzhou Bairui will cumulatively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 5.0874 million shares (accounting for 2.9794% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from December 4, 2024, to March 3, 2025. Nanjing Chuangyun will cumulatively reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 1.2933 million shares (accounting for 0.7574% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding from December 4, 2024, to March 3, 2025
