According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, QM HOME (603818.SH) has stated that due to personal funding needs, Ms. Wu Nani plans to reduce her holdings of shares by no more than 176,700 shares within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan (no reduction during the window period), under the premise of complying with the regulations on the reduction of holdings by directors, supervisors, and senior management of listed companies. This represents 0.0257% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of her total holdings in the company. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
