The total amount of funds raised in this issuance is RMB 3.22 billion, of which China Merchants Group and Shandong Port Group, as strategic investors, subscribed for RMB 1 billion each, and Xiangyu's controlling shareholder, Xiangyu Group, subscribed for RMB 1.22 billion
