# Yabo Technology's Unit Bags Distributed Photovoltaic Project for 7 Million Yuan

Shandong Yabo Technology's unit, Shandong Zhongfukai New Energy Technology, won the bid for the Quanxing Cement Distributed Photovoltaic PC General Contracting Project for 6.9 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.

Zaozhuang Green Energy Investment is the tenderer of the project, the Chinese construction financial technology services provider said.

Zaozhuang Green Energy is a subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Shandong Quanxing Energy Group, making the tenderer a related entity to Yabo Tech.

The company's shares closed over 1% lower.
