# SXXC grants stock options and restricted stocks to incentive targets for the first time

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SXXC (603663.SH) announced that the company's board of directors believes that the initial grant conditions for the 2025 stock option and restricted stock incentive plan have been met. It agreed to set March 5, 2025, as the initial authorization date and initial grant date, granting 2.315 million stock options to 76 eligible incentive recipients, with an exercise price of 20.03 yuan per option; and granting 480,000 shares of restricted stock to 15 eligible incentive recipients, with a grant price of 10.02 yuan per share
