According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Transtek (300562.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Pan Weichao, will reduce his holdings by 3.6715 million shares from February 10, 2025, to March 4, 2025, accounting for 1.7% of the total shares
