# CN CULTURE GP: Received a total of 11 valid acceptances for a total of 75,628,000 rights shares

According to the announcement from CN CULTURE GP (00745), there are no ineligible shareholders as of the record date, and therefore there are no unsold rights shares from ineligible shareholders; as of 4:00 PM on February 27, 2025 (Thursday), a total of 75,628,000 rights shares (approximately 48.4% of the total number of rights shares offered) have been validly accepted in 11 submissions. The remaining 80,616,300 rights shares (approximately 51.6% of the total number of rights shares offered) will be subject to compensation arrangements
