According to the announcement, on March 5, the sixth board of directors of Lanzhou Bank held its third extraordinary meeting in 2025, where relevant proposals were reviewed and approved. Liu Min was appointed as the president of the bank, and Li Tao, Han Jiajun, and Sheng Baihan were appointed as vice presidents. According to relevant regulatory requirements, the qualifications of Liu Min, Li Tao, Han Jiajun, and Sheng Baihan still need to be approved by the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration. They will officially assume their positions after their qualifications are approved. ## **The New Team of Four "Newcomers"** With this announcement, Lanzhou Bank has formed a structure of one president and five vice presidents (if the financial regulatory bureau approves their qualifications). Sheng Baihan was born in 1978. He is currently a member of the Party Committee, Party Secretary, and president of the Jiuquan Branch.
