# YBTI: Shareholder Shanghai DePeng's share reduction plan has not been implemented as the time limit has expired

YBTI announced on the evening of March 6 that its shareholder Shanghai Depeng Industrial Co., Ltd., which holds 6.58% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company, to be disclosed on November 15, 2024. As of March 5, 2025, the time for this share reduction plan has expired, and Shanghai Depeng did not implement the share reduction plan due to its own reasons and market conditions, and did not reduce its holdings in the company
