# The controlling shareholder of CCH plans to increase its holdings in the company by 30 million to 50 million yuan

According to the announcement from CCH (688267.SH), the company's controlling shareholder, CCH Group Co., Ltd., based on confidence in the company's future sustainable and stable development and recognition of the long-term investment value of the company's stock, plans to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds (including stock purchase loans provided by CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. Dalian Branch) to increase its holdings of the company's shares within 12 months starting from March 7, 2025, through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding, block trading, or other methods that comply with relevant laws and regulations), with a total increase amount of no less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 50 million (inclusive)
