# Awinic's two directors collectively reduced their holdings by 888,900 shares and terminated the reduction plan early

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, awinic (688798.SH) has reported that recently, the company received a "Notification of Share Reduction Results" from Mr. Guo Hui, a director, and Ms. Lou Shengbo, a director and co-general manager. As of March 5, 2025, Mr. Guo Hui has reduced his holdings by 570,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.2450% of the company's total share capital, and has terminated the reduction plan early; as of March 5, 2025, Ms. Lou Shengbo has reduced her holdings by 318,900 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.1370% of the company's total share capital, and has also terminated the reduction plan early
