# Weihua New Material: Plans to acquire part of the partnership interests of Ningbo Changhui

Weihua New Material announced on the evening of March 6 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaoxing Weihua New Material Technology Co., Ltd. intends to acquire the RMB 20 million limited partnership interest in Ningbo Changhui held by Zhejiang Jianlong Steel Industry Co., Ltd. that has not been paid in. The transfer price for the above-mentioned interest is RMB 0. After the completion of this transaction, Shaoxing Weihua will become one of the limited partners of Ningbo Changhui, holding 6.67% of its partnership interest, and will make the capital contribution according to the requirements of the partnership
