HAITIAN CO.,LTD. announced that the company plans to acquire the relevant assets of Heraeus' photovoltaic silver paste division through a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary, Haitan Photovoltaics, by cash payment. This includes 100% equity and debt of Heraeus Photovoltaics Co., Ltd., 100% equity of Heraeus Photovoltaics Technology Co., Ltd., and 100% equity of Heraeus Photovoltaics Singapore Pte. Ltd. This transaction is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting
