# YOTRIO: Tariffs will affect the annual orders for new businesses, and it is expected to become clear around June or July

On March 6th, YOTRIO introduced the impact of tariffs on the company's orders during an institutional research meeting: The industry in which the company operates has a significant seasonality, with the business year running from July to the following June. The order process generally goes as follows: from November each year to March or April of the following year is the product sampling period, from April or May to July or August is the order placement period, September marks the busy production season, and large-scale shipments begin in November. The sales season targeting the end market runs from February and March to September. Therefore, the current orders were received last year, and prices will not change. Tariffs will affect new business year orders, and the company is currently communicating with customers; the order situation is still difficult to predict and is expected to become clearer around June or July. Currently, there are significant differences in tariffs for various products in the U.S. market, with relatively high tariffs on furniture and relatively lower tariffs on umbrellas and tents
