# Sirui's approximately 309 million restricted shares will be listed and circulated starting from March 17

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sirui (688102.SH) announced that the restricted shares for this listing are the restricted shares from the initial public offering, with a lock-up period of 36 months starting from the date of the company's stock listing. The number of shares to be released from restriction and applied for listing is approximately 309 million shares (including 139 million shares obtained from the company's implementation of equity distribution). A total of 7 shareholders of restricted shares are involved, accounting for 42.49% of the company's total share capital. The lock-up period is about to expire, and these restricted shares will be listed and traded starting from March 17, 2025 (as March 16, 2025, is a non-trading day, it will be postponed to the next trading day)
