# CITMS plans to acquire 100% equity of Xinghe Beihai, trading suspended from March 10

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CITMS (688038.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Xinghe Power (Beihai) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinghe Beihai") held by Shenzhen Xinghe Power Technology Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, as well as to raise matching funds. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will directly hold 100% equity of Xinghe Beihai. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting March 10, 2025, and the suspension is expected to last no more than 5 trading days
