According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SITI (000563.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors received written resignation letters from Senior Auditor Qiao Xiaolei and Risk Director Zhang Tao on March 6, 2025. Due to job changes, Ms. Qiao Xiaolei applied to resign from her position as Senior Auditor, and Mr. Zhang Tao applied to resign from his position as Risk Director.

The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. Qiao Xiaolei as the Chief Accountant of the company and Mr. Zhang Tao as the Chief Operating Officer of the company, with Mr. Zhang Tao's qualifications still needing approval from the Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration
