# BLUE SAIL MEDICAL plans to issue no more than 500 million yuan in private placement corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BLUE SAIL MEDICAL (002382.SZ) announced that in order to broaden financing channels and optimize the company's debt structure, it has agreed to privately issue corporate bonds not exceeding RMB 500 million (including RMB 500 million) to professional investors, based on the company's actual situation.

The funds raised from this bond issuance are intended to be used for the company's production and operational needs, repayment of interest-bearing debts, replenishment of working capital, and (or) project investments, equity investments, and other business activities that comply with national laws, regulations, and policy requirements
