# JUNZHENG elected Qiao Zhenyu as chairman

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JUNZHENG (601216.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received resignation reports from Chairman Zhang Haisheng and Vice General Manager Jing Haifeng. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Haisheng applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the company and Chairman of the Strategic Committee. After resigning from the above positions, Zhang Haisheng will still serve as a director, member of the Strategic Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk Control Committee of the company. Due to work adjustments, Jing Haifeng applied to resign from the position of Vice General Manager of the company. After resigning from the above position, Jing Haifeng will still hold other positions in the company.

The company held the 14th meeting of the 6th board of directors on March 10, 2025, and approved the proposal on the election of the company's chairman. The meeting elected Qiao Zhenyu as the chairman of the company, who will also serve as the chairman of the Strategic Committee, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the 6th board of directors. The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Li Kangjie as the Vice General Manager of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the 6th board of directors
